Terms: Setup time is 6-7 am. Tables are not provided. Tear down, clean up, and exit from the park will not be before the show ends at 3 pm unless previously approved. Event is rain or shine, fees are non-refundable. Fees from no shows are donated to WVSR charities. For planning purposes payments will not be accepted day of show. Payment must be recieved prior to July 1, 2026 to secure a space. Generators will be placed behind and as far away as possible from the space. For questions contact Janet Darcy @ 541-990-6962
