Terms: Setup time is 7-7:30 am. Tables are not provided. Tear down, clean up, and exit from the park will not be before the show ends at 3 pm umless approved. Event is rain or shine, fees are not refundable but will be added to the charitable donations distributed by WVSR. For planning purposes payments will not be accepted day of show. Payment must be recieved prior to Sept. 1st in order to reserve a space. Generators will be placed behind and as far away as possible.
